I worked out like a mad man yesterday and obviously pulled out my back….lol
But I am in Massachusetts for a few days to see my family and some friends. So I won’t be on as much..but will be back soon :)
One thing I miss about having a boyfriend for haha also my best friend that moved across country who happend to be a massage therapist. Damn!
So I got like 4-5 inches cut from my hair so its like short to medium length right now and I really like it! My friend was interviewing for a hair job so I got it for free and I don’t know, I loved my long hair but I needed a cut so bad and I like to switch things up every once in a awhile. I just feel like too “cute” though… I felt like more confident in my long hair for some reason. Does that make sence? Maybe I just gotta get used to it!! :)
Literally so stressed out about work and school…I just want to crawl into a fucking hole. Next week is my last week and I feel like I have so much to do. I could be writing my paper right now but I just got home from work and am too tired to do it and now I am high so there’s no way I can write it now…..
If anyone is a pro at statistics let me know…I have this test I hardly know anything on and I NEED TO PASS this class.
Answer:
Ever since I was 13 I have had stomach/GI problems and really bad headaches. Doctors just told me (I was overweight) and just need to exercise and lose weight and it would go away. I eventually got tested for celiac and it was negative. I ended up going to a chiropractor for my severe headaches and told her about my GI problems as well. She said even though my tests were negative for celiac you can STILL have a gluten intolerance So she made me go on a diet for 2 weeks (no gluten) and I got instant results and whenever I put it back into my diet I get really bloated, severe stomach cramps, pains, etc. She pretty much diagnosed me. But I did go to a gastroenterologist (which she recommend) to get further info about “being gluten intolerant” and he pretty much told me I’m crazy and I just have IBS.
So I have been almost 100% g-free since the summer but I do cheat here and there and I do feel the effects. I call it a “gluten hangover” you feel exhausted, light headed, and all of the GI problems. When I don’t eat gluten I feel normal, not tired and don’t have a headache 24/7 or stomach cramps/pains etc. BUT am not 100% yet… it does take time.
I would recommend getting TESTED by your doctor if you have celiac, because it is a lot more severe then gluten intolerance. Then if they are an “open-mined” doctor (if you results are negative) talk to them about gluten sensitivity. MAKE SURE if they say “you dont have it” don’t listen to them… you know your body the best. If it wasn’t for my chiropractor I don’t know what I would have done! Sorry this is so long.
